After a six-year hiatus, guess who’s finally back? Mr Bond, James Bond, with No Time To Die.
The anticipated release of No Time To Die had to be postponed several times due to the pandemic, but we’re happy to announce that the most elegant spy in the world will hit the big screen this September 2021. As you’ve already heard, No Time To Die marks the last Bond movie with Daniel Craig. And everybody is asking who will be the next James bond? Meanwhile, we make a list with all the interesting facts about No Time To Die.

The plot
James Bond is enjoying his retirement from the service in Jamaica, but as you can imagine, not for long. His old friend from the CIA, Felix Leiter, appears asking for help. The new mission is to rescue a kidnapped scientist, which leads Bond to the über-villain Safin.
The theme song
The 007 Ouverture scenes are iconic. The theme song for No Time To Die is by Billie Eilish, the youngest musician ever to record a Bond song. She wrote, aged 18, the powerful song with her brother Finneas.
What’s new?
The big novelty that may shock die-hard fans is that No Time To Die has four strong women leading the plot. Another big surprise may come from some of Bond’s sartorial choices. Please keep reading to know more about his new wardrobe.
Who is the villain in No Time To Die?
Safin is played by Rami Malek, the Oscar-winning actor who portrayed Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rapsody. The mysterious villain that wears a mask to hide his scarred face is armed with dangerous new technology that could be the end of James Bond. According to the producer, “Safin is a nasty piece of work.”
The Bond-Girls
The new Bond-Girl is the CIA agent Paloma, played by Cuba-born Ana de Armas, who’s already worked with Craig in the movie Knives Out. Lashana Lynch is Nomi, the new holder of the secret agent number 007. By the way, many believe Lynch will replace Craig in the next movies. There is also Léa Seydoux, who is back as Madeleine Swann, the Bond-Girl from Spectre, putting an end to the disposable Bond Girls era.
What’s Bond driving?
In 007’s garage, the quintessentially Britsh Aston Martins, of course. James Bond drives an Aston Martin DB5 and a V8, but his supercar now is the futuristic The Valhalla. Besides Aston Martin, Daniel Craig will also appear on the wheels of a Land Rover Series III and the new Range Rover Sport SVR.
Who will be the next James Bond?
Daniel Craig is the longest-serving James bond, playing the spy 007 over the course of 15 years, six years longer than Sean Connery. So the list of the new James Bond is a long one and could be anyone, from Dev Patel to Henry Cavill or Idris Elba. But everybody agrees on one thing; the next Bond must look good in a black-tie.
What’s Bond wearing?
After decades sipping champagne and saving the world looking chic in perfectly-cut suits and black-ties, James Bond appears on the movie poster wearing a ribbed combat jumper with patches by N. Peal paired with cargo pants. But do not fret; the former 007 will still do most of his running and escaping from explosions in elegant – and totally unsuited-to-the job – Tom Ford suits and Crockett & Jones shoes. On his wrist, the new model of one of the top 10 luxury watches in 2019; a stainless steel Omega Seamaster.
During the Royal premiere in London, we spotted two sartorial moments that we will remember for a long time. First, the Duchess of Cambridge channelled her inner glam Hedy Lamarr wearing an astonishing golden gown by Jenny Packham. Second, Daniel Craig hit the red carpet wearing his black-tie suit with a pink velvet jacket from Anderson & Sheppard. Sorry, Bond, but it’s to die for.
